COMMUNITY PROJECTS
We organize commission-based projects that bring together artists and local communities, businesses, or organizations. These initiatives are designed to highlight community values, cultural stories, and social causes, all while providing opportunities for artists. Many of our projects incorporate educational workshops, neighborhood engagement, and public events, creating spaces where art fosters connection and inspires positive change. The outcome is always a public artwork that reflects the spirit and identity of the community it serves.
YOUTH PROGRAMS
Our Youth Programs are designed to nurture the next generation of artists, leaders, and advocates. Through mentorship and hands-on experience, young people work alongside professional artists to create art in public spaces, while exploring important social issues and the power of street art as a tool for change. These programs emphasize community-building, collaboration, and respect, empowering youth to use their creativity to make a positive impact.

A community canvas that brought neighbors together to color the city
Downtown Manchester buildings are a lot more vibrant than they used to be. The colorful canvases were part of the first-ever mural festival “Community Canvas” in The Queen City. The public art event produced by Arts Build Community brought together community members and artists to tell their stories, through work we all get to enjoy now.
NH's First ever Mural Festival by Arts Build Community
The #CommunityCanvas an initiative of @artsbuildcommunity an organization committed to raising community pride founded by the Manchester NH Artist James Chase. This citywide project is just the start of a series of conversations about Art, Home, Place and community.
